Information we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. When you upload a menu we store the file temporarily to process your redesign. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, device type) through PostHog analytics.
How we use your information
We use your email to identify your account and send transactional messages (order confirmation, download links). Menu files are processed by our AI pipeline to generate the redesigned menu and improvement report. We do not use your content for advertising.
Third-party services
We rely on the following providers: Google OAuth (sign-in), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI menu redesign), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog (analytics). Each provider handles data under their own privacy policy.
Data retention
Unpaid job files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Paid jobs are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
