The service
meenuu is an AI-powered menu redesign service. You upload a menu image or PDF, receive a free preview and improvement report, and pay a one-time fee to download the high-resolution redesigned menu.
Your account
When you sign in with Google you create an account tied to your Google email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments
Payment is required to download the final redesigned menu. Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by country. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds
Because the AI redesign is generated on demand and instantly accessible after payment, we do not offer refunds once the download has been unlocked. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will make it right.
Your content
You retain full ownership of the menu files you upload. By uploading, you grant meenuu a limited licence to process your file for the purpose of generating your redesign. We do not share your files with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use meenuu to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that breach this policy.
Limitation of liability
meenuu is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the AI output will meet your exact expectations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
